At CloudComfy™, we believe in making your shopping experience as smooth and comfy as our mattress toppers. Here’s everything you need to know about shipping, cancellations, and refunds.

đźšš Shipping

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of purchase.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

Delivery time within the UK

Standard Delivery: 2 to 4 working days

All orders are shipped from our UK warehouse

We currently ship across the UK only.

❌ Cancellations

Changed your mind before dispatch? No worries.
You can cancel your order if it hasn’t been shipped yet. Just reach out to us at support@cloudcomfytopper.co.uk as soon as possible.

If the item has already been dispatched, you can still return it under our 7-day return window once you receive it.

đź’¸ Refunds & Returns

We want you to love your sleep again. But if something doesn’t feel quite right, here’s how returns work:

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

Email us at support@cloudcomfytopper.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We do not accept returns on used or washed items due to hygiene reasons.
